Martin Luther King a man of inspiration, charisma, and great effort. A man who'd I would love to get a chance to talk to. I acknowledge Martin Luther's efforts as he stood for the blacks during a period of a tremendous amount of discrimination. I've always wondered what was going through MLK's head throughout his every day life as he defended the blacks. How did he gain such great amounts of confidence to stand up against his adversaries? It's a question that has always left me puzzled. The last question that I would like to ask MLK is, if he were living in today's world would he see it as evolution or devolution and why? Talking to MLK would me make me feel great alone. Of all of the deceased inspirational icons I would choose MLK as my choice of who I would like to hold a very intimate conversation with.

I think that Martin Luther King would be a fabulous person to speak with about the issues of today. I love how you would ask him if racial tensions have improved or not in the last thirty years. MLK's legacy is large in the fight for human rights, and I believe his lessons are more true today than ever. As long as there is injustice in the world, his words, actions, and inspiration will continue to motivate those to attain the principles that he set forth.
ReplyDeleteI think I'd talk to MLK as well and I like your idea of whether we evolved or devolved.
